Puffco Proxy Core Kit

Puffco Proxy Core Kit: the glass-free version of the new Proxy system

Proxy Core Kit trades the Pipe Kit's curved glass silhouette for a compact cup-and-mouthpiece arrangement. It is meant for buyers who prefer a more straightforward travel configuration while retaining the updated Proxy base and its connected features. Keep the phrase Core Kit distinct from Core accessory: they do not contain the same hardware.

Inside the configuration

• New Proxy base: the app-enabled electronic unit in the complete kit.
• Core Cup: anodized aluminum housing with a silicone foot.
• Core Mouthpiece: removable silicone component for the glass-free format.
• Ceramic terp pearls: three supplied with the Core Kit; consult Puffco's instructions for correct use.

Compatibility that matters

The standalone Core accessory works with the newer Bluetooth-enabled Proxy base, not the old non-app-enabled version. Customers upgrading from an older Proxy need to know this before buying. Puffco notes the Core format does not use the Joystick Cap the same way as its other pieces.

Cleaning and ownership

Care procedures differ by component. The silicone mouthpiece and ceramic pearls can be handled according to the manufacturer's approved cleaning guidance, while the cup has separate spot-cleaning instructions. Do not soak the entire assembly or electronics.

Questions worth asking

Is this the same as Proxy Pipe Kit? No. The Core configuration does not include the Pipe Kit's borosilicate pipe.

Does the Core Kit contain the base? Yes; the separately sold Core accessory is different.
