Evidence classifications

• Documented: Supported by a current primary record, signed agreement or authoritative source.
• Founder-reported: Based on the founder’s own history or representation, pending corroboration where important.
• Proposed: A plan, possible partnership or future program not yet authorized.
• Historical: An older grant call, budget, quote or plan that may be superseded.
• Unverified: A claim that must not be treated as a decision, approval or established outcome.

Required boundaries

• Do not claim university affiliation without a signed institutional authorization.
• Do not imply nonprofit status, tax-exempt deductibility, research-facility licensing, IRB approval or clinical efficacy.
• Do not recruit research subjects through ordinary retail CRM systems or product channels.
• Keep personal, medical, customer and restricted research data out of public marketing records.
• Publish funding conflicts, relevant sponsor influences, study limitations and negative findings as appropriate.
• Use funder trademarks and seals only as allowed. External program references are not endorsements.

Publication format

Every future research brief should identify the principal author and legal entity, an issue date and revision number, aims, methods, approvals, sample limitations, funding and conflicts, analytic results, references and a reproducibility statement. Unpublished ideas should be described as proposals, not completed findings.
