FOUNDER'S PORTFOLIO · PIXIE'S DISTRIBUTION

Build with evidence, not hype.

An introduction for potential investors, strategic backers, lenders, and capital partners evaluating the founder's emerging portfolio.

What investors are actually evaluating

This is a collection of opportunities at different stages, not a claim that one holding company owns every venture. The operating retail and wholesale businesses can be assessed using real records. The proposed research, field-technology, mycology, consulting, and community programs require separate formation, proof of demand, budgets, and appropriate governance.

Potential capital partners can use this page to identify a venture of interest and request a private diligence process. No securities, returns, valuation, or fundraising terms are being offered on this page.

Investment thesis

The opportunity is to develop targeted, testable businesses and programs at the intersections of specialty commerce, B2B distribution, technical consulting, agricultural technology, creator-led education, and rural workforce access. Rather than assuming every concept deserves funding, the portfolio uses staged validation: test demand, document costs, verify permissions, secure counterparties, and only then make larger commitments.

Different stages, different capital needs

  • Operating commerce: Pixie’s Pantry and Pixie’s Distribution offer the clearest existing commercial foundation to evaluate. Capital questions may include catalog systems, authorized inventory, working capital, marketing economics, and retailer acquisition. Operating statements and current authorizations require private diligence.
  • Service-based expansion: Root3D and technical education are intended to validate fee-for-service consulting, workshops, and curriculum delivery before building costly infrastructure.
  • Capital-intensive pilots: Black Box Fields and precision mycology require property or equipment feasibility, realistic unit economics, insurance, counterparties, and staged pilot financing.
  • Research and community benefit: MACRI and Found and Feral have distinct research, public-benefit, or institutional funding possibilities that should not be treated as ordinary commercial equity opportunities.

What a serious diligence process would examine

  • Current entity and ownership documents, relevant registrations, authorization to sign, and any unregistered trade names.
  • Revenue history, account-level financials, gross margin and contribution, customer concentration, inventory/returns, and sales-channel policy.
  • Documented commercial agreements, catalog distribution rights, insurance, IP ownership, conflict disclosures, and operational liabilities.
  • Demand proof, pilot budgets, milestones, capital use, governance, and realistic downside scenarios.
  • For regulated or research-related activities: applicable approvals, qualified partners, licensing pathways, and separation from other activities.

Potential engagement models

Depending on the specific initiative, a conversation might concern a wholesale purchase order, supplier credit, equipment lease, paid pilot, sponsorship, service contract, loan, revenue-based financing, or a future investment structure reviewed by qualified counsel. No investment instrument, ownership percentage, minimum investment, return, or fundraising round is offered on this page.

A transparent starting point

We welcome thoughtful discussion with parties who understand early-stage execution, regulatory constraints, and the importance of unit economics. Please identify the venture of interest, your proposed role, target ticket or resource commitment, geographic fit, and what diligence materials you need. Financials and restricted documents will be shared only through an appropriate private process.

Important: The proposed projects are not all formed entities, and no public page constitutes an offer or solicitation of securities. Any actual fundraising would require appropriate legal, tax, and regulatory review.

Next step: Start a conversation. Please include the project or subject, your organization, and the kind of collaboration you have in mind.
