The status directory separates operating businesses, a reported trade name, ongoing creator work, consulting concepts, and proposed research or public-benefit organizations. It helps a potential buyer, partner, or investor avoid confusing a plan, a verbal discussion, a registered entity, and a signed contract.
Treat this as a dated public snapshot. Formal diligence should verify current registrations, regulatory permissions, financials, ownership, and agreements.

Entity boundaries
Pixie’s Pantry is the founder-reported Mississippi LLC operating the consumer business. Pixie’s Distribution is the reported registered trade name/DBA for wholesale operations, not automatically a separate LLC. Independent ventures—including research, consulting, a possible field site, and proposed nonprofit programs—must not be presented as incorporated, insured, tax-exempt, licensed, or legally affiliated without supporting documents.
Document-first claims
- Brand discussions and verbal interest are not the same as signed distribution agreements.
- Research planning does not amount to clinical study approval or university partnership.
- Equipment proposals and illustrative forecasts are not owned equipment, realized revenue, or committed financing.
- A proposed nonprofit is not an IRS-recognized 501(c)(3), and contributions cannot be described as tax-deductible without confirmation.
- Published content, media reviews, and the founder’s training experience do not establish school accreditation or government certification.
- A concept being hosted on this website does not mean Pixie’s Distribution is its legal owner or recipient of its funds.
Review process for private diligence
Substantive ownership claims, contracts, financial data, licensing, regulatory approvals, IP, data handling, and project-specific budgets should be shared via a purpose-limited process with appropriately authorized parties. We do not publish private partner pricing, personal benefits records, unpublished IP, customer data, or sensitive research information here.
Corrections and updates
